Get Your Login Details
After subscribing or starting your free trial, you'll receive your login credentials via WhatsApp or email. This includes your Username, Password, and Server URL (or M3U link). Save this message — you'll need it for setup.
Install Your IPTV App
Go to your device's app store (Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore, Apple App Store) and download your preferred IPTV player. We recommend TiviMate for Android TV/Firestick or IPTV Smarters Pro for multi-platform support.
Enter Your Credentials
Open the app and select "Login with Xtream Codes API" (recommended) or "M3U URL". Enter the username, password, and server URL exactly as sent to you. Click "Login" or "Add User".
Start Streaming
Once logged in, your channel list and VOD library will load automatically. Browse live TV, movies, or series and start watching! If channels don't load, try restarting the app or contacting support.

I entered my credentials but it says "Invalid Username or Password" +
Check for typos and spaces. Copy and paste your credentials directly from the WhatsApp message instead of typing manually. Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the text. Passwords are case-sensitive. If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp to reset your password.
Which app is best for Firestick? +
TiviMate is the best choice for Firestick due to its optimized interface and remote control support. IPTV Smarters Pro is a great free alternative. Both are available in the Amazon Appstore or can be sideloaded using the Downloader app.
Can I use one account on multiple devices? +
Yes, depending on your plan. Monthly plans allow 1 connection. Quarterly and 6-Month plans allow 2 simultaneous connections. The Annual plan allows 3 connections. You can install the app on unlimited devices, but only stream on the number of connections your plan allows at the same time.
Do I need a VPN to use Kevin Stream? +
No VPN required for most users. Kevin Stream works with your regular internet connection. However, if your ISP blocks streaming services or you're traveling abroad, a VPN can help bypass restrictions. We recommend ExpressVPN or NordVPN for best performance.
How do I update my playlist or channels? +
Most apps update automatically. In TiviMate, go to Settings → Playlists → Update. In Smarters Pro, logout and login again to refresh the content. If channels are still missing, message us on WhatsApp to manually refresh your account on our server.
