IPTV Setup Guide
Everything you need to get Televo IPTV running on your device, plus troubleshooting tips if something is not working as expected.
Setup by Device
Firestick / Fire TV
Install a player app such as IPTV Smarters Pro, sideload it if needed using Downloader, then load your subscription details.
Smart TV
Install a compatible IPTV player app from your TV's app store, or use an external device such as a Firestick or Android box if your TV does not support one directly.
Android Devices
Download a player app from the Google Play Store, or install the APK directly, then add your subscription details.
Phone & Tablet
Install a player app from the App Store or Google Play, then load your subscription details to stream on the go.
Computer
Install a player app such as IPTV Smarters Pro or use a compatible media player, then load your subscription details.
General Requirements
A stable internet connection, at least 15 to 25 Mbps recommended for HD and Full HD streaming, and a higher speed for 4K where available. A compatible player app such as IPTV Smarters Pro loaded with your subscription details is all you need to get started.
Troubleshooting
A channel is buffering or freezing
Check your internet speed, move closer to your router or use a wired connection where possible, and make sure no other devices are using heavy bandwidth at the same time.
The app will not load my subscription
Double check the details you entered exactly match what was sent to you, and confirm your subscription is active. Contact support if the issue continues.
A specific channel is not working
Occasional channel issues can happen. Message our team on WhatsApp or Telegram and we will look into it.
The app crashed or will not open
Try restarting your device, reinstalling the app, or switching to an alternative supported player app.
