DMCA & Copyright Policy

Kevin Stream ("the Service") is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and other applicable copyright laws worldwide.

Our Role: Kevin Stream operates as a technology platform that provides streaming infrastructure and software tools. We do not:

• Host, store, or cache any video content on our servers
• Upload, curate, or select specific copyrighted content
• Control or monitor the specific content accessed by individual users
• Provide direct links to copyrighted material without authorization

Users of our Service are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable copyright laws in their jurisdiction. We encourage all users to respect intellectual property rights and to only access content for which they have proper authorization.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content accessible through the Kevin Stream Service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

Please send your complete DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent using the contact information below. Notices that do not substantially comply with these requirements may not be processed.

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, a counter-notice must be a written communication that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Kevin Stream may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If that party does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the material.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Kevin Stream has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

A "repeat infringer" is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once and/or has had content removed from the Service more than once due to copyright infringement claims.

Important: By using the Kevin Stream Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any content you access through it.
• You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding copyright and intellectual property.
• Kevin Stream does not endorse, promote, or encourage the unauthorized distribution or viewing of copyrighted material.
• Accessing copyrighted content without proper authorization may violate copyright laws in your jurisdiction and could result in civil or criminal penalties.
• Kevin Stream is not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Service.
